If only all cooking was this easy!

I’m not exactly sure where I first found the glaze recipe. I originally referred to a scrap of paper ripped from some booklet/magazine. Then I transferred the info. to a sticky note. Now I have it filed somewhere in my brain.
Maybe your crew will like dinner on a stick as much as mine:
1) Soak bamboo skewers in water.
2) Turn on rice cooker. (oh, how I love my rice cooker)
3) Slice chicken breasts into strips.
4) Mix equal parts soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.
5) Put saucepan of water on stove to boil.
6) Thread chicken strips on bamboo skewers& brush with sauce.
7) Broil chicken in oven on high for approx. 15 minutes.
8) Drop frozen endamame in boiling water for a quick cook.
9) Slice whatever fruit you have in the house.
10) Plate rice, chicken, fruit, and soybeans. Enjoy!
