I’m not a techie.
I’m a non-techie; an un-techie; a person who techies snicker at after I ask embarrassingly simple questions.
However, last year, I vowed to join the fun of cyberspace and in that short time have learned a ton about all the great Web 2.0 tools available for the non-techie who wants to conquer the digital world.

I’ll share a few of my favorite finds here on the blog in the future, but today let me start by telling you more about the Subscription service for this website – that will automatically send you updates to the blogs. I’ve been fine tuning this feature for NW Kid Chaser with several very kind techies. Here’s the lowdown:
Feed My Inbox – This service allows you have blog updates sent to your email address free of charge. Simple, easy, amazingly friendly tech-support, if needed. Want to subscribe to more than 5 blogs? Paid service provides even more options.
Yahoopipes- This yahoo service (you need a yahoo account) smashes blog ‘feeds’ together so that you can receive all the updates in one email messages. (Note: Smash is not the technical term. Can you hear them snickering?)
Weebly- This is the wonderful web tool that enabled little-old-me build to a website. Super, super easy! This is lovely point and click technology and completely FREE! Customer support is, again, fabulous. I just love the flexibility of this tool. For even more features, you can upgrade to paid service. Feeling brave? Start your own website/blog and let me know. I’d love to see your new creation.
