1) Bake your chicken the night before.
2) Chop & mix everything the next morning.
1/3 c. olive oil 2 T lime juice
2 T fresh cilantro 1 clove garlic
½ t chili powder ½ t salt
¼ t pepper 1 t. sugar
Black beans Sliced green onion
Cubed chicken Sweet red peppers
Corn (Just pour warm water through strainer over frozen corn.)
